HONOLULU (KHNL) -- The co-owner of a popular Kalihi eatery, accused of sexually assaulting a child he met on the Internet, was indicted by an Oahu grand jury Tuesday.

Lyle Nonaka appeared in a Honolulu courtroom earlier this month. He's one of the owners of Mitsu-Ken Catering in Kalihi.

A grand jury indicted the 50-year-old on five counts of sex assault and one count of promoting child abuse. A 14-year-old boy told investigators a person he met on MySpace.com threatened to post a nude picture of him on the Internet if he didn't meet with the suspect.

Nonaka is free on bail
