HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The former Maui soccer treasurer who stole more than $180,000 from the youth league has been sentenced to 10 months behind bars.

Riki Maeda pleaded guilty in November to bank fraud for writing checks to himself and forging signatures.

As part of his sentence, he will be on supervised release for five years and has paid $75,000 dollars in restitution.
