Local student-athletes put pen to paper on National Letter of Intent Signing Day

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - While Early Signing Day has grown in popularity over the past couple years, National Letter of Intent Day is still the most important day of the year for many local high school athletes who look to pursue both their academic and athletic careers on the collegiate level.

Earlier this morning at Elks Lodge in Waikiki and across the state as a whole, over 50 student-athletes from Hawaii put their pen to paper to sign their letters of intent.

Here’s a breakdown of which student-athletes have signed where for their respective sports:
