HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Police have arrested and charged Taylor Liang with first degree negligent injury for the Tantalus crash that injured a triathlete in January.

The victim, Lectie Altman, was riding her bike when she was hit. The crash shattered bones in her arms and legs.

Liang was arrested after the crash, but never charged.

His bail is set at $25,000.
