HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The median sales price for a single-family home on Oahu grew to $789,500 in July, according to the Honolulu Board of Realtors.
That's up from $782,388 the month before and $750,000 in July 2017.
Darryl Macha, president of the Honolulu Board of Realtors, said the market is seeing a "leveling off" after record prices last year.
Still, homes continue to sell fast — and over asking price.
In July, the median number of days single-family homes were on the market was 13. That's down from 16 in June.
Meanwhile, the median sales price for condos on Oahu was $429,500. That's up from $425,000 in July 2017.
